This policy explains which browser technologies SoloCruz uses, why we use them, and how you can accept, refuse or withdraw optional consent.

Your choice

Necessary technology supports security, sign-in, language and consent preferences. It is used without optional consent where legally permitted because the service cannot work reliably without it.

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Airep24 AI assistant remain disabled until you select the relevant category. Rejecting them does not prevent account, catalogue, listing, matching or messaging functions.

Analytics

If you consent to Analytics, Google Analytics loads and measures visits, pages, device and interaction information to help us understand aggregate use. Google may process identifiers and technical data under its own privacy terms.

Session recordings

If you separately consent to Session recordings, Microsoft Clarity loads and may record clicks, scrolling, navigation and rendered page state so we can diagnose usability problems. SoloCruz explicitly masks profiles, health/accessibility information, private conversations, booking details, report forms and authentication forms so their contents are not uploaded to Clarity.

Technology inventory and typical lifetimes

Necessary storage includes the SoloCruz session cookie for sign-in and security, the solocruz_consent_v1 preference record and the solocruz_consent_receipt_v1 evidence identifier. The consent records remain until the visitor clears site storage or a newer consent version replaces them.

With Analytics consent, Google Analytics may set _ga (typically 2 years), _ga_<container-id> (typically 2 years), _gid (typically 24 hours) and short-lived _gat variants. With Session-recording consent, Microsoft Clarity may set _clck (typically 1 year) and _clsk (typically 1 day), and Microsoft domains may use CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID or SM with provider-defined lifetimes. Exact provider behavior can change; the current Google and Microsoft documentation controls where it differs from this summary.

The Airep24 assistant may use storage needed to maintain the widget and conversation only after Assistant consent. Airep24 controls its provider-side storage under its own published information and service configuration.

AI assistant

If you separately consent to AI assistant, the Airep24 widget loads. Messages and technical data needed to provide an answer are transmitted to Airep24 and its AI providers. Do not send payment-card data, passwords, identity documents or health information to the assistant. Assistant answers are informational and may be inaccurate; verify cruise and legal requirements with the responsible provider.

Change or withdraw consent

Use the Privacy settings button displayed on every page to change or withdraw optional consent at any time. SoloCruz immediately sends the relevant withdrawal signal, removes accessible optional first-party cookies and reloads the page when needed. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before it. You may also clear site storage in your browser.
